❤️ 🗣️ WHEN THE BODY SPEAKS, THE WORDS BECOME MORE BEAUTIFUL 🗣️ ❤️
As part of the development of social and emotional skills among students, a workshop titled “When the body speaks, words become more beautiful” was held, the main goal of which was to develop empathy and the ability to recognize and express emotions. The workshop was attended by the students of the first, second and third grade, together with their teachers.
The activities have been designed to encourage learners to express their feelings through movement and play. In the first part of the workshop, the students represented, through pantomime, different feelings – sadness, disappointment, joy and happiness. In that way, they learned to recognize and understand how emotions can be expressed without words, only with body language.
In the second part of the workshop, the activities took place in the open space, on the sports field. Students formed a circle holding hands, and the one who would find himself in the center of the circle threw the ball to another student and instructed him nice words that express attention, respect and friendship. This game encouraged a positive atmosphere, a sense of belonging and mutual respect.
It is particularly significant that the teachers also participated in the activities, who, by their example, encouraged the students to express themselves more freely and show their feelings.
The workshop took place in a cheerful and stimulating atmosphere. The students showed great interest and willingness to share their feelings, to listen and understand others, which is the goal of this workshop, which has been fully realized
